Reorganization in Black River-Matheson: Gilles Giguere Appointed Town Manager
The Township of Black River-Matheson has announced a restructuring within its senior management team. Gilles Giguere, previously the Director of Public Services, has been assigned as the new Town Manager. Alongside this appointment, Hongji Lei will continue in his capacity as Municipal Clerk while taking on additional duties as Deputy Town Manager. These management roles have been reorganized according to the township council to improve operational effectiveness.
