Timmins Prepares for City-Wide Snow Plowing on February 25, 2025

The City of Timmins Public Works Department has scheduled a city-wide snow plowing operation for early Tuesday, February 25, 2025. The operation will commence at 12:01 a.m. and is expected to last throughout the day, possibly continuing into the evening.

The plowing efforts will cover all city streets, rural roads, laneways, and parking lots. Residents are reminded that the Winter Parking Ban is in effect, which prohibits street parking between 11:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. from November 1 through April 30. This ban is designed to facilitate efficient snow clearing operations across the city.
